Next time some neo-con starts spouting about the founding fathers

In fact, I take all that Founding Fathers, stuff with a grain of salt. They were not, and are not, gods. Many were slaveholders. They had only the perspective that the 18th century provided.

Yet they had a keen sense of injustice, especially when it was being doled out by a tyrant.

They created an important document, not infallible document, that has guided us through more than 200 years of American-style democracy.

And they established some important principles.

And most of those who shout, "founding fathers" are looking for a way to disgrace them.
