The ineffectual Senate leader, Harry Reid, has said he'll bring the FISA bill to the floor for debate, despite Chris Dodd's legitimate, within-the-rules, hold.
I've never been wild about Harry. He is the quintessence of timidity at a time when the Senate needs a leader with courage, skill, and the ability to outfox the foxes in the White House.
