Dodd places hold on FISA, Senate may ignore

As pointed out in an email from Chris Dodd, and on his website, the Senate may take the extraordinary measure of ignoring his "hold" on the FISA bill.

This would be unprecedented, and for many moral and legal reasons, wrong. It's not clear who has the authority to reject his hold (if it's Harry Reid we need to send him packing).

It's time to stand with Dodd on the Constitution, or find someone standing on your neck shouting questions you can't, won't and shouldn't answer.
