Just start getting used to the term (gulp!) "Vice President Palin".
:-o
The national polling means nothing. As in the past two elections, this one will be decided by the electoral votes from two or three states. Unfortunately, even in the swing states where he's currently leading in the polls, his lead is not big enough to overcome "the handicap". By that I mean the 3-5% difference between the exit polls and the "official" tabulated results, which always favors the republican candidate. He's got to have a %5 lead just to break even.
