John McCain is fond of spouting the bi-partisan cliche, but he can't seem to walk the talk.
Gestures of collegial greeting are common, even among opponents in the Senate, so why does McCain have so much trouble looking Barack Obama in the eye.

dominance theory.Or maybe he's just a crabby old man. "Hey, you kids keep your ball out of my yard!"
