He really gets it right. I'm just catching up on the newspaper reading I missed when I was on my short vacation to Louisiana, and I came across this brilliant column by Colin McEnroe. If you haven't read it, do. He nails the feeling of disappointment that so many of us are feeling about our country and its leaders.
Keith Olbermann was brilliant on the same topic in a special commentary last week.
BTW, McEnroe also nails the Hartford Courant, the secretary of state and the attorney general, in his blog this a.m. for their, pull-the-carpet-out, support of Eddie Perez, and their "bigotry of low expectations." Beautiful.
