Judge Michael Mukasey is apparently not morally or legally grounded enough to reveal whether he thinks waterboarding is torture, yet now two key Democratic Senators have decided he's good enough to be Attorney General because he's not Alberto Gonzales.
It's beginning to look like the Democrats like the way things are going, after all.
