I'm in no way excusing Ferraro's comments -- I just want to add that she did say that she never would have been added to the Mondale campaign if she weren't a woman -- this comment came at the end of the interview in which she made her inflammatory statements.
Edward: Glad I could view Keith Oberman's commentary. It was fantastic. Also glad to see the Not that there's Anything Wrong with That video about our black presidential candidate--oops did I say that. Hillary's mean spirited and cynical campaign makes me realize why I could never vote for her and why even though I've tried to like her I just can't go there. Maureen
