(Whoops!)A very interesting Op-Ed in the New York Times is the resignation letter of Jake DeSantis, executive vice president at AIG.
DeSantis makes no bones about being overpaid, but his explanation of the retention bonus is surprising in its explanation of promises made and betrayed.

What a powerful letter and the courage to not give the money back but donate the net proceeds to organizations of need. Shame on our Attorney General on the way this case has been tried in the newspapers and television. I hope everyone gets a chance to read and understand compensation for executives.
