Chums sing while Rome burns

You can imagine the scene. A warmly-loved president, his friends and colleagues in the White House Press Corps, and a sentimentality that flowed over the crowd like...well...blood.

That's the Gridiron Club. A monstrous chorus. And strangely enough, a parody of a song about a prisoner being executed.

Ha, ha, ha, ha.....ha.

Porter Wagoner is spinning.

UPDATE: You knew someone would catch this "off-the-record" performance on a cell. Here it is. Check out the standing ovation Bush gets for making funny about corruption, accumulating executive power, and flaunting the law.

This whole scene is disgusting. "Documents he's been withholdin'..." Hahahaha. How can they laugh at what they should be reporting and are failing at?
