Ever try walking into a Fortune 500 company these days? Security checks. ID cards. Metal detectors.
It's and industry that feeds on the fear powerful people have of those who might do them harm. Of course some of it is legitimate. Some of it is nonense.
But private corporate armies might be the scariest thing of all.
