Flawed, dangerous and embraced by Mike McConnell

In a Huffington Post blog, Chris Dodd challenges the assumptions of Mike McConnell that the "Protect America Act," should be renewed, and offer immunity to telecom companies.

Of course, the problem is that Mike McConnell was allowed to make his argument in the New York Times, and Chris Dodd had to respond on Huffington Post. That's the mainstream liberal media for you.
