The noble American sense of justice on display

Sami al-haj has been freed from six and a half years of imprisonment and torture at Guantanamo, never found guilty of a thing except shooting video for Al Jazeera.

This is justice?

We already knew that the concentration camp on Guantanamo was the blackest of black eyes for the perceived American value of justice and a fair trial. Now, as the first trial of a Guantanamo detainee appears to be close to coming before a judge, that the judge will insist on a kangaroo court.
